# AI Posture

> The Aggregated Intelligence Posture framework — where your org stands, and how to move.

AI governance is three problems, not one. How effectively your people collaborate with AI. How ready your digital presence is for AI agents. How prepared you are for AI-specific regulation. An organization's Aggregated Intelligence Posture (AIP) is bounded by its weakest vector.

## Concepts

- Aggregated Intelligence Posture (AIP): A unified governance score across three vectors, bounded by the lowest.
- Three vectors: People (human-AI collaboration), Infrastructure (agent-readiness of digital presence), Regulation (AI-specific compliance readiness).
- Five-level maturity model: Perceiving, Assessing, Integrating, Calibrated, Engineered. Shared across all three vectors.
- Constraint rule: AIP equals the minimum of the three vector levels. Structural, not a scoring choice.
- Constraining vector: The lowest vector; the one whose advancement will raise the AIP.
